Chinatown Shuttle FAQs
It’s my first time riding. Where should I go?
For your first trip, we recommend coming directly to our Chinatown Bus Depot at 2734 S. Wentworth Ave., Chicago. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled depot departure to allow time to sign in.
Where do I register if I board at 35th & State or Archer Avenue?
All passengers are registered when the bus reaches the Chinatown Bus Depot at 2734 S. Wentworth Ave., before it departs for Four Winds Casino. This includes passengers who board at 35th & State or Archer Avenue.
Do I need a reservation?
The Chinatown shuttle operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash only. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
How does my return pass work? Can I stay overnight?
All passengers receive a return pass when they register. Your pass can be used for any
scheduled return departure from Four Winds Casino. You are welcome to return the same day, stay overnight and return the next day, or spend
multiple days at the casino before returning. Keep your return pass with you and check the
schedule for your chosen return day.
Where do I board the return bus, and how early should I arrive?
The return bus departs from the bus lobby/parking lot at Four Winds Casino. Please be there at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure. Buses leave at exactly the listed time and do not wait for late passengers.
How do I receive my Slot Play?
Your Slot Play will be downloaded to your Four Winds W Club player’s card. If you do not have a player’s card, visit the W Club at the casino to have one issued. If you already have an account but do not have your card with you, visit the W Club to have it reprinted.
Are there age or identification requirements?
All passengers must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid government-issued photo ID to ride the shuttle.
Can I bring a walker, wheelchair or other mobility aid?
We can store lightweight mobility devices that fold up in the luggage bays beneath the bus. The first few rows are reserved for passengers using walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, or canes. For questions about your particular device or boarding needs, please contact us before traveling.

All listed times are Chicago/Central Time, including departures from Four Winds Casino.

35th & State St. Pickup
Where is the pickup at 35th & State?
The pickup is approximately half a block north of 35th Street, on the east side of State Street, near the CTA Green Line. Wait at the CTA bus pickup hub with the covered shelter shown in the photo. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the pickup time listed for this stop.

Archer Avenue Pickup
Where is the pickup on Archer Avenue?
The pickup is on the north side of Archer Avenue, across the street from the entrance to the CTA Red Line station at Cermak, as shown in the photo. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the pickup time listed for this stop.
